Ordering & Territory

The two questions every
distributor asks first

How small can a first order be, and will you protect my market. Here is exactly how we handle both — including the parts we deliberately do not publish.

Why we don't publish a number

A single MOQ figure would be wrong for you

The usual approach

“MOQ: 1,000 pieces”

  • One number for every buyer, in every market
  • Buyers order the minimum, then discover the shelf is too thin
  • The real requirement surfaces only after the first negotiation

What we do instead

MOQ agreed for your case

  • Based on which of the five lines you take, and how many
  • Based on how mature your channel and market already are
  • Written down before you commit, not renegotiated after
Manufacturing & QC

The part you cannot verify from a brochure

Anyone can print a certification logo. What separates a real supply partner is whether the goods are made and tested in a facility you can be shown. These are our own lines — see the full quality-control process.

How it works

From first contact to first order

01

Send us your market

Which country or region you cover, what you already sell there, and which of our five product lines you want. Channel matters as much as country.

02

Qualification conversation

We look at your channel access and how your team operates. We prefer one strong partner per market over several waiting on the same shelf.

03

Territory and terms agreed

Order volumes, territory scope, launch timing and the support package are agreed together — territory and support are settled before price.

04

Launch

Stock arrives with brand assets, POS material and product training. Our named contact stays with you through the first three months and beyond.

What we can publish

Pack and carton configuration

Pack configuration is a fact about the product, and your logistics team needs it to plan. Order value and unit price are not published, because they depend on the arrangement we agree together.

Pack and carton configuration by product line
Product linePieces per bagCarton
Baby Diapers (tape) NB/S 68 · M 62 · L 56 · XL 50 · XXL 44 4 bags / carton
Diaper Pants (pull-up) M 52 · L 50 · XL 48 · XXL 44 · XXXL 40 4 bags / carton
Baby Wipes By specification Ask for the sheet
Facial Tissue By specification Ask for the sheet
Baby Towels 200 × 200 mm, by specification Ask for the sheet

MOQ per line, opening order value and unit price: agreed per market. We will not put a number here that would not apply to you.

Documentation your compliance team can open on day one

Test reports and certificates are prepared for your due diligence file — see how the brand is built or ask us for the pack.

Before you ask

How the minimum order actually works — and what to ask us for

We publish the method and the product facts. We do not publish a minimum order number, a unit price or a margin range, because those three depend on your market, your channel and the configuration you take — a figure quoted for an average market would not be true of yours. Here is what determines them, so you can work out whether this fits before you write to us.

What sets the number

  1. Which product lines you take. This is the single biggest lever, and it is a capital decision rather than a preference. Absorbent-core lines carry far more working capital than wipes or tissue, because they multiply by size and the slower lines sit in your warehouse.
  2. How many sizes per line. Every size is a separate SKU with its own reorder point. Fewer sizes held deeper is usually cheaper than the full size curve held shallow — and the pack counts above tell you exactly what each size costs in cartons.
  3. Carton and container configuration. The carton counts published above are the unit maths: pieces per bag × bags per carton = units per carton, and your total depends on how many cartons fit in the container you are buying. We will give you that figure for a specific configuration rather than publish a generic one.
  4. Your market's registration and labelling. Localised labelling per market is a real, recurring cost of the goods, and it belongs in landed cost rather than being treated as a printing detail.

The four figures we always settle first

These are the only numbers you need in order to compare one offer against another. Ask every brand for the same four, in the same order — an offer that gives you one without the others is not comparable, however attractive the headline looks.

  1. 1Landed cost per unit
  2. 2Minimum order quantity
  3. 3Payment terms
  4. 4Who pays for freight

Landed cost, not ex-works price, is what decides whether your margin works — freight, duty, clearance and warehousing all land in it. Ask for landed cost and see whether the answer changes.

Before you write to us, check these five

  • Do I have a registered local entity, or a plan to get one?
  • Do I know who files product registration in my market?
  • Am I able to carry more than one line, or is this a single-SKU order?
  • Am I asking for landed cost rather than ex-works price?
  • Do I have a retailer credit policy decided before I need it?

If four or more of these are clear, we can give you a specific commercial framework rather than a brochure. If they are not, that is worth sorting first — a distributor who cannot hold stock through a slow quarter does not fix that with a better price.

Territory

How territory is decided

Scope is settled before commercial terms are finalised, and it is tied to what you actually commit to. We do not grant broad exclusivity by default — an exclusivity neither side can deliver is worse than a clear non-exclusive arrangement.

01

Tied to commitment

Volume, launch timing and the channels you open — agreed together, in writing.

02

Settled before price

Territory and support are agreed first. Commercial terms follow the scope, not the other way round.

03

Honest about coverage

Where a market already has a partner, we tell you before you invest time in it.

FAQ

Ordering questions

Do you publish minimum order quantities?

No, and that is deliberate. MOQ depends on which of the five product lines you take, how many of them, and how mature the market is. A published number would either be wrong for your case or invite buyers to order the smallest possible quantity. Tell us your market and the categories you want, and we will send the exact figures for your case.

What is the minimum opening order for a new market?

It is agreed case by case, after we understand which product lines you are launching with and which channel you are launching into. We would rather agree a first order you can actually sell through than one that is large on paper and sits in your warehouse.

Can I mix product lines in one first order?

In most cases yes. A mixed opening order across several of our five lines is usually more useful to a new distributor than a large order of one line, because it lets your buyers see the range. We will tell you which combinations work well together for your channel.

Do you grant exclusive territory rights?

Territory scope is discussed and agreed before commercial terms are finalised, and it depends on what you commit to — volume, launch timing and the channels you open. We do not hand out broad exclusivity by default, because an exclusivity that neither side can deliver is worse than a clear non-exclusive arrangement.

What does a distributor need to do to keep a territory?

Sustain the agreed volume and the agreed launch plan. We agree the numbers with you up front rather than reassessing them mid-year, and we flag any concern early on both sides.

What are the lead times and shipping terms?

Lead time depends on order size, product line and destination. We confirm it in writing with the first order, together with the shipping documents your customs team needs. We do not quote a generic lead time, because it would not be the real one.

What payment terms do you work on?

Payment terms are agreed together with the order, and they can differ by market and by order history. Send us your market and your expected first order timeline, and we will come back with the terms that apply to you.

What happens if I want to add a product line later?

That is the normal way a relationship grows. We start with the lines your channel actually needs, then extend once the first ones are moving. You do not need to take the full range to become a partner.

Next step

Tell us your market — we will send the real numbers

Three things are enough to start: the country or region you cover, what you already sell there, and which of the five product lines you want to take.
